Still Bored: Richmond's new tower

Well, I think banal was the right description for the proposed Williams Mullen building in the CBD. A rendering was posted on RCW.
It doesn't seem to be getting good reviews on the boards.

Not every building is going to be awe-inspiring, but damn.  That's all I've got.
